the needs of the abused and neglected child are met. |

Begin to investigate, facilitate, advocate and monitor cases. |

Make recommendations to the court that address the child’s

CASA Advocates generally handle one case at a time. Sometimes,
one case will involve more than one child if he or she has siblings. |
CASA staff members are there to help.

An Advocate Supervisor is assigned to each volunteer
advocate. |
|
CASA staff members are always on the case to consult with
advocates. |
|
Staff members guide volunteer advocates through the court
system and keep them informed of court dates, reporting deadlines
and appointments. |
